Hamburger and Rice Casserole

1 lb. Hamburger
1/4 c. Onion, diced
1/4 c. Green Pepper, diced (optional)
3 c. Cooked Rice
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 can Mushrooms (optional)
1/4 c. Evaporated Milk
Soy Sauce
Salt and Pepper, to taste
1/2 c. Cheddar Cheese, shredded

Brown hamburger with onion and green pepper. Set aside. In large bowl, mix together rice and soup. Add hamburger, onion and green pepper. Add milk to desired consistency. Add soy sauce and salt and pepper to taste. Cover and microwave on high for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and cover until melted.
