Easy Lasagne

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

1/2 lb. Ground Beef
3/4 c. Water
16 oz. Spaghetti Sauce
1 tsp. Salt
1-8 oz. pkg. Lasagne Noodles
1 c. Ricotta or Cottage Cheese
12 oz. Mozzarella Cheese, grated

Brown ground beef. Drain. Add water, spaghetti sauce and salt. Bring to a boil. In an 11 x 7 casserole dish layer ingredients in the following order: sauce, uncooked noodles, ricotta/cottage cheese and mozzarella. Continue layering ending with a layer of sauce on top of the last layer of mozzarella. Cover tightly and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour*. Let stand 10 minutes. Garnish with parmesan cheese.

*Place casserole dish on cookie sheet to avoid dripping in oven.
