Tin Foil Dinners

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

1 lb. Ground Beef
1 Onion
Carrots
Potatoes (Red or Russet)
Cream of Mushroom Soup

Break ground beef apart and divide among pieces of foil. Slice onion into desired sized pieces. Cut carrots into bite-sized pieces and do the same for the potatoes. Pile veggies on top of beef. Spoon several spoonfuls of cream of mushroom soup on top. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Top with another piece of tin foil and fold edges over to create a foil packet. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until veggies are fully cooked.
