Granola

Preheat oven to 300 degrees.

6 c. Quick Oats
1/2 c. Brown Sugar
3/4 c. Wheat Germ or Wheat Flour (optional)
1/2 c. Coconut
1/3 c. Sunflower Seeds
1 c. Slivered Almonds
1/2 c. Nonfat Dry Milk
2/3 c. Honey
2/3 c. Vegetable Oil
2 T. Water
1-1/2 tsp. Vanilla
1 c. Raisins (optional)
Orange Rind, to taste

Combine. Spread in bottom of baking dish. Bake at 300 degrees for 25 minutes. Stir twice while baking.
