Whole Wheat Pancakes
Beat 2 egg whites in a bowl.
Sift:
1 c. Whole Wheat Four
Dash of Salt
1 tsp. Baking Soda
Add:
2 Egg Yolks
1-1/2 c. Buttermilk
Fold in egg whites and cook on hot, greased griddle.
Makes 8-10 pancakes.
