Cinnamon Rolls

Combine and set aside:
1 pkg. Yeast
1/4 c. Warm Water

Combine:
1 c. Hot Milk
2 T. Sugar
2 T. Shortening
1 tsp. Salt
1/4 c. Flour
1 Egg
3-1/4 c. Flour

Add yeast to mixture and let rise 1-1/2 hours. Roll out to a square. Spread the following mixture on dough:

1 c. Sugar
1/2 c. Melted Butter
3 tsp. Cinnamon

Roll up and slice. Let rise for 1/2 hour. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Frost.
