Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
3 lbs. b/s Chicken Breasts
Garlic Salt
Salt and Pepper
3 Eggs, beaten
1/2 c. Cornstarch
1/2 c. Flour
Cooking Oil
Sauce:
3 T. Soy Sauce
1-1/2 c. Chicken Broth
2-1/4 c. Sugar
3/4 c. Ketchup
1 c. White Vinegar
1-20 oz. can Pineapple, crushed or chunked
Cut chicken. Rinse and dip into beaten eggs and then into mixture of cornstarch and flour. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and garlic salt. Brown chicken in a frying pan with enough oil to cover the bottom of the pan. Place chicken in 9 x 13 pan. Mix all sauce ingredients together in a bowl and pour over chicken. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350 degrees uncovered or until sauce thickens.
