Stuffed Peppers

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Green Peppers
1 lb. Hamburger
1 c. cooked Rice
1/2 c. chopped Onion
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Pepper

Sauce:
Milk
1 can Tomato Sauce

Clean peppers. Bowl until tender. Brown hamburger and onion. Combine in mixing bowl with rice and salt and pepper. Stuff into boiled peppers. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes. Meanwhile, heat milk and tomato sauce in sauce pan. Serve over cooked peppers.
