Pork Roast

1 Pork Roast
1 lrg. Onion
4 cloves Garlic, chopped
Water
Salt and Pepper

Brown outside of pork roast on stove top, seasoning with salt and pepper. Place half of the onions on bottom of crock pot. Place roast on top. Fill crock pot halfway with water. Top with remaining onions and garlic. Cook on low for 7-8 hours.

Another option: Place one can cream of mushroom soup on top of roast. I've heard it keeps the roast from drying out and also makes a creamier gravy.
