Pepper Steak

1-1/2 lbs. Steak
1 c. chopped Onion
1 c. Beef Broth
3 T. Soy Sauce
1 clove Garlic, minced
2 Green Peppers, chopped
2 T. Cornstarch
1/4 c. cold Water
2 Tomatoes, peeled and cut up

White Rice

Cut steak into 4-6 pieces. Brown thoroughly on both sides. Push meat to one side and add chopped onion. Cook onion until tender. Stir in beef broth, soy sauce and minced garlic. Cover and simmer until meat is tender (approximately 10 minutes). Add chopped green pepper. Cover and simmer 5 minutes. Blend cornstarch and cold water and add to meat mixture. Cook until thickened. Add tomatoes and cook until heated through.

Serve over rice.
