Homemade Fries

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

1 lrg. Baking Potato
2 T. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Paprika
Garlic Powder
Seasoned Salt

Cut potato into wedges of desired thickness. (The thicker the wedges the longer they will take to cook.) Spray cooking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Spread wedges evenly on cookie sheet. Brush wedges with oil and sprinkle with seasonings. Bake at 400 degrees until fries are cooked through turning with spatula ever 5-10 minutes to avoid burning.
