Hawaiian Hay Stacks

Toppings:
Chinese Noodles
Tomatoes, diced
Celery, chopped
Crushed Pineapple
Shredded Coconut
Slivered Almonds
Black Olives, chopped or diced
Green Onion, chopped
Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Chicken, cooked and cut into pieces or strips

Gravy:
3 cans Cream of Chicken Soup
1 can Water

White Rice, cooked (can cook in chicken broth for extra flavor)

Cook rice as directed. mix xoup and water in sauce pan and heat until hot. Prepare desired toppings. (Any of the above toppings can be used, or whatever sounds good to you as a topping!) Top rice with gravy and toppings to serve.
