French Pancakes

3/4 c. Flour
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Baking Powder
2 T. Powdered Sugar
2/3 c. Milk
2 Eggs
1/3 c. Water
1/2 tsp. Vanilla

Sift together flour, salt, baking powder and powdered sugar. Add milk, eggs, water and vanilla. Mix ingredients together lightly. Add a small amount of batter to a hot greased skillet. Tip pan to spread batter. Brown both sides and serve with powdered sugar.
