Stroganoff


1 lb. Ground Beef
1/2 Onion, diced
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 small can Mushrooms (optional)
1/4 c. Cheddar Cheese, shredded
Garlic Powder, to taste
Salt & Pepper, to taste
8 oz. Sour Cream

Brown ground beef and onion. Add soup, mushrooms, cheese, garlic powder, and salt & pepper. Simmer on low for 10 minutes. Sit in sour cream and continue to simmer until hot. Serve over cooked rice or noodles.
