
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
1-1/2 lbs. Hamburger
1 med. Onion, diced
1/2 c. Carrots, grated (optional)
1/2 bottle Ketchup
1 T. Worchestershire Sauce
Salt & Pepper
Mashed Potatoes*
2 cans French-style Green Beans
Shredded Cheddar Cheese
In skillet, brown hamburger, onion and carrots. Drain. Add ketchup, worchestershire sauce and salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for 10 minutes. Put meat mixture in the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan. Layer beans on top of meat mixture and top with buttered mashed potatoes. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Sprinkle with cheese and cover utnil melted.

*I use 2-3.5 oz. pkg. of Hungry Jack mashed potatoes. They are super easy to make since you just stick them in the microwave. They are the best brand I have found. They come out very creamy with a very good flavor.
