Difficulty: Easy

*Can substitute 1 c. Chocolate Chips for 1 c. Andies Mint Chips. (This makes it a great holiday cookie with the mint chips. Serve with a glass of hot chocolate.)Or you can substitute part or all of the chocolate chips for dark chocolate chips.

I made these as cookies and with the mint chip substitution. They were delicious but baked a lot faster than I thought. They are thin cookies but if they're not overbaked are still chewy and not crispy. If making bars you may want to adjust the baking time, watch them closely so they don't overbake, or even bake them at 350 degrees instead of 375 degrees.
