Teriyaki Chicken Wings

3 lbs. Chicken Drummettes
1 lrg. Onion, chopped
1 c. Brown Sugar
1 c. Soy Sauce
1/4 c. Chicken Broth
2 tsp. Ground Ginger
1 T. Honey
2 cloves Garlic, minced

Rinse chicken and pat dry. Place on broiler pan. Broil 4-5 inches from heat 10 minutes on each side for 20 minutes total or until golden brown. Transfer to crock pot. Mix remaining ingredients in bowl and pour over wings. Cover and cook on low 5-6 hours or on high 2-3 hours. Stir wings once during cooking to ensure even coating.
