Sweet Crock-Pot Pork

1 medium-sized boneless Pork Roast Sirloin
1 c. mild Salsa
1 c. Brown Sugar

Cook in slow cooker for 4-8 hours.

Serve over rice with shredded cheese and sour cream or use in Cafe Rio Burritos or Sweet Pork Salad.
