2 c. Bow-Tie Pasta
2 c. fresh Broccoli Florets
6 oz. b/s Chicken Breast, cooked and cut into strips
1 c. halved Cherry Tomatoes or 1 lrg. Tomato, chunked
1/2 c. Zesty Italian Dressing
1/2 c. Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese, cubed
1/4 c. sliced Olives
1/4 c. Grated Parmesan Cheese
Cook pasta as directed on package, adding broccoli during last 2 minutes of cooking time. Drain. Toss chicken, tomatoes, dressing, cheese and olives in large bowl. Add pasta and broccoli to mixture and mix lightly. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until chilled.
